Backed with years of experience, Ms. Blanco is devoted to helping those faced with cases involving medical malpractice and personal injury. From the initial client interviews through entire trials, she is committed to making every one of her clients the greatest priority and treating them with the utmost compassion and integrity. Aside from her extensive knowledge in the field of law, Attorney Blanco has a wide range of experience in pediatric, cardiac, and obstetric issues. Undoubtedly, this knowledge helps Attorney Blanco defend her clients aggressively and relentlessly.

Through the years, Attorney Blanco received access to speak with physicians treating plaintiffs before defense counsel is allowed. She was able to practice the eligibility in the Law v. Zuckerman case. This entitlement gives Attorney Blanco an upper hand when representing her clients since she is more able to develop communication regarding the client’s health care and status throughout the litigation process.

Due to her dedication to individuals in need, Attorney Blanco has traveled all over the United States to provide victims representation in a timely and effective manner and work as a consultant to other lawyers on matters involving medical malpractice and Rehabilitation Act Litigation. Additionally, she volunteers at organizations that care for families and children suffering extreme heart defects. Attorney Blanco also spends much of her time acting as the chairperson of the local Helping Hands committee. Her prior volunteer efforts also include her role as an advisor and team coach with the TEMPLE-Leap program, which teaches trial advocacy to high school students.
