Attorney Rob Sachs, Jr. - managing partner of Shrager, Spivey & Sachs - will be speaking at
an upcoming legal education conference next Monday, March 23. The conference -
Auto Litigation 3.0 - is being hosted by 360 Advocacy and will be held at the Encore in Las
Vegas. Speakers include some of the nation’s top and most accomplished
injury lawyers who will be sharing their insight on handling auto accident cases.
Mr. Sachs’s presentation -
Maximizing Wrongful Death Damages - is designed to help lawyers who handle cases involving fatal accidents.
As is often the case, fatal auto collisions can result in tremendous emotional
and financial damages for victims’ families. Mr. Sachs will be focusing
on help lawyers improve case preparation, discovery, settlement negotiation,
and trial advocacy skills so they can maximize compensation for families.
Next week’s conference is an important part of ensuring lawyers across
the country have the skills and competency to best advocate for their
clients. The conference will also allow attending lawyers to receive continuing
legal education (CLE) credits, a requirement for lawyers to maintain their
license to practice law.
The fact that Attorney Sachs has been asked to speak at the auto litigation
conference says a great deal about the recognition and respect he’s
earned throughout the legal community. Being a seasoned injury lawyer
who has helped recover millions in compensation for clients, Mr. Sachs
frequently speaks at national conferences on subjects that involve medical
malpractice, serious personal injury, nursing home abuse, and more.
