A pediatric case runs the gamut from a birth injury case, where a baby is injured during the birth process, to a child who goes into the hospital for a procedure and is injured during the procedure or while in the hospital. It can be a teenager or a baby. Pediatric case just means it involves someone under the age of 18.
I have nearly 20 years of experience and I have done countless pediatric cases. In fact, I have probably done more cases involving children than involving adults over the course of my career. We have a lot of experience in that particular area. We know the best experts in the fields where we file suits, where we review cases. We know these people. We can pick up the phone and call them and have them look at something.
They will then support the cases that warrant it – and we have the ability to do that. We prepare hours and hours a day, for weeks leading up to important events in the case because we like what we do.
