Bobby Snopek brings the passion and competitive grit of a Division I football coach to his job as a litigator, and prepares for every case as if he is going to take it to trial and win, believing that no defense attorney will ever out-prepare him- the same relentless attitude he brought to preparing for games in front of 107,000 fans in Beaver Stadium as a member of the Penn State Football coaching staff.
His practice is exclusively limited to litigating plaintiffs’ medical malpractice and complex personal injury claims.
Born and raised in Lancaster, PA, Bobby is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School, Penn State University, and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. After graduating from Penn State University, Bobby became a Recruiting Assistant with the Penn State Football Program, and later became a member of Penn State’s coaching staff. After winning the 2014 New Era Pinstripe Bowl in Yankee Stadium, Bobby considered his mission with Penn State Football accomplished, and decided it was time to move on and make a different kind of impact.
During law school, Bobby focused his education on Trial Advocacy and Civil Litigation, clerked at two prominent Philadelphia plaintiffs’ firms, and interned in the legal department of one of the world’s largest medical technology companies.
Bobby is passionate about working on behalf of victims seeking civil justice and has reverence for the fact that clients entrust such important matters in his hands, and therefore takes this responsibility personally, as if he is representing a member of his own family.
Bobby is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia.
